中空注浆锚杆

中空锚杆杆体

1. 简介

顾名思义，中空注浆锚杆即在锚杆体中间有一中空孔，锚固粘结材料即通过该孔注入锚孔中。与实心杆体相比，中空注浆锚杆的注浆是从锚杆中空孔注入至杆体端头后再沿杆体与孔壁间隙回返至锚孔外端，从而保证了粘结材料充满锚孔；在止浆塞的作用下，可以实现封闭压力注浆，使浆液向围岩空隙和裂缝中扩散，与锚孔中浆液固化后形成树状体系，进一步提高锚固作用及改良围岩；由于锚杆表面为螺纹，从而大大增加了锚杆的抗拔力，并且垫板、螺母可以简单快捷地按照到位，也便于锚杆的切割和接长。中空注浆锚杆多用于相对稳定完整的岩层，树脂、工程胶水、速凝水泥等锚固剂自锚杆中心注入，比普通锚杆锚固质量更好。由于自进式中空注浆锚杆的出现，松散岩土条件下的地层也可以使用中空注浆锚杆。

1. Brief Introduction
  There is a hollow bore in which bounding materials injected, in the body of hollow grouting bolt. Comparing with solid core bar, grout of hollow grouting bolt is injected from the hollow bore into the end of bar body, then return to the outer end of hollow bore through the gap between bar body and hole wall, to promise the fulfillment of bounding materials in the bolt. Closed pressure grouting can be realized by the stop plug, to make sure the diffusion of grout into the void and crack in surrounding rock, the improvement of anchoring effect and modification of surrounding rock. Thread surface on bolt bar greatly improve the anti-pull force and is easy to cut or connect. besides, plates and nuts is easy and rapid to install. Hollow grouting bolt is normally used in relative stable and complete strata and is better than normal bolt, with resin, engineering glue or quick-solidified cement injected in the hollow bore of the bolt. Due to the appearance of self-drilling hollow bolt, hollow grouting bolt can also be used in the loose condition strata.
