1. 简介

钢筋网是一种焊接成型的网状钢筋制品，是纵向和横向钢筋分别以一定的间距排列且互成直角，全部交叉点均用强电阻压力熔焊在一起的钢筋网片。用途：钢筋网主要应用煤矿巷道防护加固、混凝土路面、桥面铺装、机场跑道、隧道衬砌、房屋的楼板、屋盖、墙体、地坪、混凝土管、桩等方面。钢筋网具有较好的综合经济效益，其设计强度比I级钢筋高50%～70%，考虑一些构造要求后可节省钢筋30%左右，与I级钢筋相比可降低钢筋工程造价10%左右。

Mesh reinforcement, a kind of reticular weld-forming steel product, with longitudinal and transverse steel bar squarely arranged in particular distance and with all cross points fusion welded together by strong resistance and pressure. Application: Mesh reinforcement is mainly used in coal mine tunnel protection and reinforcement, cement road, bridge deck pavement, airport runway, tunnel lining, building floor slab, building roof, wall, ground, cement pipe, piles, etc. Mesh reinforcement is more synthetically economical because it is 50% to 70% higher than I grade steel bar in designed strength; it can save about 30% steel if some structure requirements are considered, about 10% lower than I grade steel in engineering cost.
