管缝锚杆

    近三十年来，管缝式锚杆经广泛应用，显示了很强的生命历力，具有明显的技术经济效果，可以节约代用坑木，能提高采掘效率，降低成本，减轻工人劳动强度，它结构简单使用方便，安全可靠，在矿山巷道和地下工程的支护领域中占重要地位。
1.工作原理和特点
      管缝式锚杆是一种全长锚固，主动加固围岩的新型锚杆，它立体部分是一根纵向开缝的高强度钢管，当安装于比管径稍小的钻孔时，可立即在全长范围内对孔壁施加径向压力和阻止围岩下滑的摩擦力，加上锚杆托盘托板的承托力，从而使围岩处于三向受力状态。在爆破振动围岩锚移等情况下，后期锚固力有明显增大，当围岩发生显著位移时，锚杆并不失去其支护抗力，且随着岩层位移而变形弯曲，使摩擦阻力进一步增大，它比涨壳式锚杆有更好的特性。

4.结构：杆体、托盘、挡环。

1.       Operating principles and features

Slit wedge tubing bolt, a kind of whole length bolt, is a new type of bolt, actively strengthening the surrounding rocks. Its main body is a high-strength steel vertical-slotted tube. Applied in the drilling hole less than steel tube in diameter, can immediately apply resistance preventing surrounding rocks from downslide and apply the pressure to hole wall in full length, with the bearing force of plates added, so that the surrounding rocks stay in three-received strength situation. In the situation of vibration to the surrounding rocks by explosion, later anchoring force can greatly increase; displacement of surrounding rocks can’t let the bolt lost support resistance. And the bolt can be deformed and bended as the displacement of surrounding rocks to strengthen more resistance, better feature than expansion type bolt.
